DESIGN RESPONSE

One long honed-stone table sits under a single precise line of light. Charcoal plaster, dark walnut, aged bronze; the acoustics tuned for conversation at one table, not turnover. The kitchen is heard faintly, like weather.

OUTCOME

The room rebalanced the club's day — evening attendance now matches morning. Members describe dinner there as part of the practice, not a reward for it.
